The client states that they do not feel rested every morning and falls asleep while driving. The client’s vital signs are BP 140/100 mmHg, P 82 bpm, regular, R-16, and T- 98.2 F and an O2 sat of 98% on room air. Random fingerstick glucose is 156. She is alert and oriented x 3, verbalizes pain in forehead region and sinus area of 4 out of 10, eyelid puffiness, thinning scalp hair and 1+ pitting edema to both lower extremities.
