Please help instruct and guide and teach me. I have been fighting for grandparent visitation and curatorship over a family member and my thought process is all over the place and could use guidance.

Introduction and conclusion 

1) Briefly describe an organization that you are/have been involved in. I work in a small surgical center and home health. It is very chaotic and lots of different personalities. 

2) Evaluate the culture of the organization. The small surgical center varies in ages with surg techs and nurses and work well together with a more laid-back atmosphere. The home health organization also varies with lots of different personalities and has a “clickity” atmosphere with lots of drama. 

3) Evaluate the leadership style of the leader in that organization you are most familiar with. It is very difficult to select a “one person to describe” I guess it could be organizational leadership style

4) Describe a change or addition to the current strategic plan of the organization that you think would improve its performance. For example: Increasing the culture of patient safety within the organization or the organization becoming more involved in the community it serves. Your strategic plan goal should be measurable. Something with surgical center or home health

5) Considering the culture and leadership of the organization, utilize the change process to implement the change. Make sure you include how you would evaluate the change.
