In regards to the below writings from my paper, my professor stated that The focus of patient falls is clear to her but, should she assume that by me stating that “patients are just as important as the vice president, president, doctors and other staff members” that these are my stakeholders? Why would these stakeholders be interested in this Cost Benefit Analysis? 

How would I go about elaborating on why these are the stakeholders and why would they have an interest in a cost benefit analysis. Please explain.

Rapid actions, goals, and recommendations at the hospital can have a significant impact on key stakeholders. At New York-Presbyterian Hospitals, patients are just as important as the vice president, president, doctors, and other staff members. The government sets the rules to guarantee that patients are treated fairly and that they have a safety net in place. It is the responsibility of the vice president and the president to make the necessary choices in order to ensure that all members of the staff have the needed education and training for the operations of the hospital and the government procedures. Important parties are obligated to review their records for any extreme changes in patient falls. Creating surveys and contact with patients each month to get their latest feedback, both good and bad. By implementing these modifications at NYP Hospital, we hope to alleviate some of the financial concerns associated with patient falls.
