Your team has to develop a plan to address childhood obesity in the community. The plan must consider social determinants of health when devising a proposal that will be presented to the city council a the next community-wide meeting. You will need to buy in from the city council and community members for your plan to be approved. Since you are the lead on the team, you can add additional members to the team.
