Please interpret all abnormal findings via Auscultation please.

Cardiac: Left ventricular impulse is lightly palpable and visible in the left 5th intercostal space at the MCL, lasts less than half of systole with a tapping quality and occupies an area about 1 cm in diameter. Aortic valve: regular rate and rhythm with normal S1/S2, no S3 or S4. A 3/6 harsh, near holosystolic murmur heard with increases with Valsalva and hand grip. Pulmonic/Tricuspid: first heart sound is single and intensity, S2 unremarkable, No murmurs in systole/diastole with patient seated, supine, or in the left lateral position.  Mitral: RRR, normal S1/S2, no S3/S4. A 2/6 systolic ejection murmur is heard in the left lower sternal border with radiation to the axilla.
