As it was the fourth week in clinical placement I have 2 residents whom I have to am care and every Thursday my resident have shower day gave her a shower and dry her body assist the resident to wear clean clothes while putting on the brief I did not put it properly my clinical instructor taught me how to put proper brief. resident doest wet her pants I felt bad I did not put the brief properly after attending the clinical placement past 3 weeks.
