Documentation of Problem-Based Assessment of the Musculoskeletal System
The musculoskeletal system (MKS) forms the structural components of the body; muscles, bones, joints, and connective tissues like tendons and ligaments surrounding these structures (Kosek et al., 2021). Ankle sprains and strains are athletes’ most common musculoskeletal injuries, mainly indoor or court sports (Stuart K. Kim et al.,2017). Using a history of a musculoskeletal problem and assessing the patient will allow for identifying potential or actual risks and abnormal findings
