I have been studying for the boards for the past 2 months. I have been using the Leik book and have taken 3 of their exams. When I don’t understand the reasoning for a question, I find the info in the book to gather further information. I have also been using the Exam Prep Connect site and purchased an account. I felt like this approach was helpful with my studying since there is so much information and ways to learn (flashcards, exams, practice questions, games) (n.d.). I have taken 3 exams from it and each time I sit down, uninterrupted, for the 2-3 hr exam which helps prep me for the exam which is the same scenario. I have found both study guides helpful in my preparation for ANCC so far but am most excited about starting the Sarah Michelle live review course on the first of August.
