I want you to walk through the day but instead of showing how things should go, I want you to show how things shouldn’t go. You will need to provide 5 situations each of legal and ethical mistakes that can happen in that setting while performing the duties of an MA. I will open a discussion forum for you to place your case study in week 13. You will need to reply to each peer at least once by identifying at least one legal or ethical scenario in the case study that could result in ramifications. After you identify and explain the problem you identified, you will need to then provide information on how the scenario should have gone in order for it to be legal/ethical. For this week all I want you to do is post some ideas you have in regard to the legal and ethical problems you intend to fit into the case study.
