It is vital to recognize one’s own strengths and weaknesses in order to perform well and build a solid professional foundation throughout graduate school. Leadership traits may be created through properly channeling one’s skills, knowledge, and abilities. Strengths are a person’s talents, expertise, and skills that may be discovered using a strengths finder tool. Employees who are aware of their abilities are more productive and have better levels of engagement, according to Gallup (Janke et al. 2015). Consistency and discipline are my assets in reaching my leadership objectives. I’ve discovered that a well-organized nurse practitioner is more likely to be in the right location at the right time. A disciplined nurse practitioner is organized and follows a strategy, making the nursing environment more predictable for them.
