12 month old infant was brought into ED via EMS. Mother called EMS after witnessing tonic-clonic event. The infant was born vaginally and weighed 3700 gram at birth. The mother reports that the infant has appeared well and is not taking any medications and they have not recently travelled. The infant has been active for last week. Mother believes that the events last about 5 minutes but ceases before EMS arrived. 
Vital signs: Temp 101.1 F, HR 130, RR 24, Systolic BP 100 mmHg.
On Physical exam, Infant appears well and is not in any respiratory distress. 
No any rash or murmurs present.
But has bulging, erythematous left tympanic membrane
Mental status: Back to baseline
