The parents refused to resuscitate their 23 weeks premature newborn, but the health care provider did because the newborn showed signs of life and was crying and breathing at birth. The newborn was stabilized and put in an incubator. After sometime, the newborn developed some head swelling and the father was upset because he did not want the baby to be resuscitated in the first place.
