Mr James Star 68 year old male, was admitted to the Emergency Department today with chest pain. The pain started at rest and got worse as he got up to walk around. It radiates to his jaw. He is diaphoretic and pale. He has a past medical history of angina.
Mr Star has been a smoker for past 30 years, smoking 2 packets a day. He has recently retired from an office job. Mr Stars observations are as follows:
RR 28, HR128, BP185/90, SP02 96% on room air
