My PICOT question is: In Female patients 18 yrs or older with schizophrenia , what is the difference between a dual therapy approach including both CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) with pharmacotherapy and pharmacotherapy treatment alone on Improved function of living independently over a 1 year period?

 

I was going to use a Causal-comparative/quasi-experimental research because I will attempts to establish cause-effect relationships among the variables.

 Is this right??
