 Can you please help with a treatment  PICO question for this scenario?

 

Theresa is a 50 year old African American female who presents with an elevated sugar. She has been having periods of feeling shaky and thirsty. She has also been urinating often. She has a family history of diabetes and her friend checked her sugar which was 300. She is currently not on any medications. She was sent for labs and had a glucose of 300 and HgbA1C of 9. Vitals are as follows: 98.2- 76- 18 128/76. Heart is regular, lungs are clear. No edema. Sensation intact to LE and feet. CNI. Skin is intact. Sclera clear. Fundoscopic exam show no nicking or bleeding.
