A strong earthquake shocked Central Luzon which caused Linda (16 years old) to be pinned down under the major concrete foundation. Upon assessment, there was no way to save her life except to cut her right leg which was keeping her from being moved to a safer place. Linda’s parents disagree because Linda is a promising dancer also there was no assurance that Linda will survive even if she was brought to the nearest hospital after amputation.
