This is a written assignment and submissions are expected to follow  7 format. Each student will write a minimum of 3 pages answering questions based on the below case scenario. Responses should be in sentence structure and not answered in bullet points or lists. Use headings to separate your responses for Part A & B. Your responses should be comprehensive, reference course material AND should have in-text citations, when appropriate. This assignment will be split into two parts: Part A & Part B. Part A • Identify 2 behaviours that you would FLAG and REPORT to your supervisor and discuss why these would be important to FLAG and REPORT. • For each behaviour you have identified, indicate three (3) SUPPORTIVE CARE STRATEGIES or interventions you would use to assist your client. The care strategies should be described in detail and be specific to Mr. Cornell and should be within the role of the PSW. Part B When dementia clients are given meaningful activities (i.e., activities that they previously engaged in and are familiar with) their dementia symptoms often decrease. • From the information in the case study, determine one (1) meaningful activity you would implement for your Mr. Cornell. Meaningful activities are daily activities with which the client is already familiar. Remember dementia clients cannot learn new information. • Describe the meaningful activity. What is it? Where would the activity take place? How would you engage the client? Who else may be involved if anyone? What would be your role? • Explain how the resident would benefit from this meaningful activity. REQUIRED SUBMISSIONS 1. A title 2. Completed case study with in-text citations (minimum 3 pages) 3.
