Here is the plan for this client. Questions will be based on this client’s journal entries.
Be sure to answer the questions as they are asked. We base questions on a particular passage in the journal, given in the question. Use only that passage in choosing your answer.
(This is not a real question, just a place to put the goals. There are no points for the answer to this “question”).

Name: Trinity       Â
Behavior Addressed:Â Sleep Habits
Behavior Goal(s)Â (in measurable terms): Attaining an average of 8 hours per night of sleep per seven days, for a total of 56 per week.
Expected Benefits:Â Increased energy, and improved academic and job performance.

Â
Consider this journal entry. How does the Multilevel Model best explain the particular experiences related there?
Â
Consider this journal entry. Using the shells in the Multilevel Model, what is the best implication for practice for a clinician helping to support this client at this point in the behavior change process?
***
Barriers:Â Working night shifts on the weekends makes it hard to get enough sleep, despite napping before shifts. Tallying my sleep has made me realize that I’m getting significantly less than I thought I was. I do not have enough childcare help from my social network, paid or otherwise, to help me get enough sleep and work weekends.
Â
Answer choices:
a. In this entry, the client demonstrated that the Living Conditions shell of the Multilevel Model interfered with success in making this behavior change.
This might prompt the clinician to work with the client on a medical response to this issue, helping them to overcome this barrier.
b. In this entry, the client demonstrated that the Neighborhoods and Communities shell of the Multilevel Model interfered with success in making this behavior change.
This might prompt the clinician to identify community resources to support the behavior change.
Â
c. In this entry, the client demonstrated that the Social and Economic Policies shell of the Multilevel Model interfered with success in making this behavior change.
This might prompt the clinician to identify church resources to support the behavior change.
A tutor here responded c, but just found out option C is incorrect. Thank you.
