You are Mrs. Shelly’s support worker for today. Mrs. Shelly is in the dining hall watching TV.  It is 10:00 am in the morning and as you try to assist her with morning tea, she gets agitated. She beings to shout at you and ask you to leave her alone. She begins to throw books and magazines from the table everywhere. There are another residents sitting in the dining hall.
