You are required to demonstrate your ability to recognise and respect the needs of people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds in three different situations, including using appropriate communication techniques as well as forming appropriate responses to situations where misunderstandings arise.

The objective of this task is for you to address the issue appropriately as the team manager and to develop strategies to improve cultural awareness in the team and support workplace diversity
Enlist the help of your family member or friend to “play the role”of the other participant in the three scenarios below. Each role play should be 15-20 mins
