Question
Answered step-by-step

The difference in the HCPCS Level l and Level ll codes are that Level l is comprised of Current Procedural Terminologupican Medical Association. Level ll is a standardized coding system that is used primarily to identify products and supplies. None of the services are included in the CPT-4 codes.

I learned from the HCPCS website is the disclaimer, speaking of the brand names that may appear in the HCPCS description. Knowing that the names are for index purpose only, the inclusion does not convey endorsement of any particular brand.

With learning more about Level l I will love to learn more about the CPT-4 numeric coding system. I will like to learn Level ll  standardize coding system like the back of my hand. I want to be able to apply all codes knowing what codes go with each situation.
