Case Study:
A 48-year-old female with high blood pressure and exacerbation of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus who develops renal insufficiency and is started on dialysis. Other medications include captopril, cyclophosphamide, prednisone, and hydrocodone/ acetaminophen. Patient is allergic to Sulfa drugs which can cause her to have generalized maculopapular rash and conjunctivitis. She is also on fluid intake limitation. Fluid intake last 24 hours was 1000 mL and output 800mL.
