Recently she has been experiencing paranoid delusions that have been getting worse and more distressing for her. She is admitted to the mental health ward where you are working today, and you have been assigned to provide nursing care for Rita during your shift. You introduce yourself to Rita and find that she is very difficult to understand as she is speaking very quickly and is constantly changing the topic.
