Make a detailed role play script for the following scenario:

A 60 year old indigenous woman walk in alone in crowded triage area she saw the nurse, approached the nurse and said, “I have difficulty of breathing and I am not feeling well, can you help me”. The nurse said to the woman “State your name here and find a sit and wait for your name to be called”, and the nurse turned her back to the woman and did something in nurse’s station. The indigenous woman walked slowly to find a sit and waited for her name to be called. As soon as the woman find her sit, a well of Man came in and overheard by the indigenous woman, the man said to the nurse “I am having a headache, Can you help me out?!” with a loud voice. Then the nurse assisted the man to the cubicle and took vital signs. After an hour of waiting the indigenous woman called the nurse again, “Hi, I am not feeling well please help me, Can you call the doctor to help me out please” the nurse replied “Your name is not called yet, there are still patient before you, Please take your sit and wait”. After 2 hours of waiting the indigenous woman is having having labored breathing. The nurse saw the woman is not feeling well she rushed and call her co-worker for help and assisted the woman to the cubicle for assessment.
