her medication is Enalapril 10mg daily, paracetamol 1g every 5hrs and Metformin 500mg twice a day,Â
Mrs Uzezi is a 52year old woman . shes covid negative and  was admitted yesterday in preparation for theatre this @ 10am this morning. she is married has 4grown up children, He bmi is 35& long smoking history .. for 10yrs Type 2 diabetic  and high blood pressure for over 3yrs. Over the past couple of years he has been suffering from peripheral vascular disease and diabetic leg ulcers on his left leg, The leg ulcers do cause some discomfort and she needed analgesia during the night. the point has come and decision to perform a below knee amputation due to ulceration and infection is been made. though she used a walking aid she can attend to her own activities of living.  she is concerned about how she is going to manage on discharge. as she lives in a 2 story house.
Shes alert .All his blood results are within normal limits
