6-How do you know this is an issue at your site? What data or metrics is available to show that the patients are not adhering to their medication? You need to start with the gap first before you implement an evidence-based intervention. 

 

7-  learners are not allowed to create their own “APPS” so there would need to be an evidence-based app already in existence that has documented reliability and validity used.  The same is true for pamphlets. Can you be more specific about what “pamphlets” you are proposing? 

 

8- Outcome measures need to be directly correlated to your intervention.  For example, if you will be doing education with the nurses and staff on a new process, you would measure the percentage of the team members that completed the education.  You could measure compliance by the team of using a new procedure for example.
