Scenario: 11 month old admitted to hospital for cough and runny nose, struggling to breath and grunting

started 7/7 hx of runny nose. decreased feeding and energy slightly down

Around 2/7 ago, developed a productive cough, no barking, subjective fevers and getting wheezy. Parents noticed symptoms getting worse to the point baby deteriorate on night time, coughing

Current vital signs: increased mild work of breathing, RR-50, HR-165, SpO2-96%, T-37.3
