3.  Identify Maria’s strengths, and areas of concern. Consider using geriatric assessment tools to help you identify care needs. Any cultural/ethical concerns?

4.  Develop a complete plan of care with evidenced based practice support. Be specific.

5. Do you think that Maria is able to remain living at home independently?  Why? or Why not? Discuss the benefits and risks related to Maria living at home as well as the alternatives.
