How do you prepare a journal style paper? Here is the information for the final assignment that is due this Friday. I have all of my information ready but my professor is not very clear about her instructions. I checked the rubric and it is not very clear either. Do you have any images or examples that you can share? I would really appreciate any tips that you can share.

Please note,  the Self-Care Plan needs to be in a journal style paper and use the 9 criteria as subheading with running head and page numbers - NOT fill in the table. Please check the requirements on the rubric. If the paper did not meet these criteria, a grade cannot be given.  200 words per section/criteria are required. This assignment is due on Friday 8/5.
