However, in the case of a10 years of age Minor who cannot make decisions for themselves, and the decision of the parent to reject a blood transfusion, which could make difference between life and death for their child, is on the basis of religious beliefs;  it has become the health care provider’s responsibility to find a way to address such issue by bringing it to the ethics as it is a serious ethical dilemma (Denise et, al., 2018). My best course of action as a healthcare professional will call upon the ethics committee. However, if the process of getting a court order would delay and may Jeopardize the life of that child while under my care; I would act, to save that child’s life first
