INPATIENT HOSPITAL     Gender: M       Age: 25

Diagnosis: patient found running naked down the street in the night. Previously diagnosed with bipolar personality disorder. Parents report that he recently stopped his meds because he “felted cured.”

Procedure: crisis intervention. Placed on 72-hour hold, lithium (gluconate) resumed plus antipsychotic meds.
