I have a 14 year old patient with constipation

-Eating disorder + binging

-Anxiety/low mood

-Unclear when last bowel motion ?1/52

-Recently decreased oral intake with no regular bowel motions

-Some sharp abdominal pain

-Abdo x-ray= faecal loading in descending colon, air in rectum

From all these information above, what and why it could cause constipation?
