J.w a 60 year old man, has been a heavy alcohol drunker for the past 30 yes, he also has a hx of htn, hyperlipidemia, and a recent upper respiratory viral infection,  Jay only current medication is laxis, 40mg everywhere day. J has respiratory 20, T 101.60 of, he us diaphoretix, and hypotension with bp of 78/58. Lab serum calcium is 6.1, serum amylase 955iul, Jay is transferred to icu.
