what is the significance of this EKG interpretation :

Normal sinus rhythm at 80 beats per minute. The PR interval measured 180 msec, the QRS 96 msec, and the QT 360 msec. The axis was -3 degrees. There were nondiagnostic inferior Q waves, left atrial abnormality, and top normal QRS voltage, not meeting rigid criteria for LVH.
Less than 1 mm of horizontal to upsloping ST segment depression is present.
