I was almost late for my clinical.

I was almost late for my clinical. I have not experienced running late before. My phone alarm didn’t go off or maybe I was in deep sleep. I drank coffee at around 8 pm and slept at 2 am. We have to meet in clinical at 6 am but I didn’t wake up til 5:40 am, and I am also 15 mins away from the location I’m going. It took me 5 mins to get myself together and drive on the freeway at 85 mph because I’m still trying to make it. I did make it but it was last minute/exactly on time. How can I use this scenario and turn it into a nursing process (assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, evaluation)? And what would be a good diagnosis for this?
