Case study: Sivar and Saya are newcomers

Case study: Sivar and Saya are newcomers to Canada. They came as refugees from Syria 6 months ago. Saya just delivered a healthy baby girl -Sana, 6 days ago. Sivar just got a job working nights in a warehouse, he also does odd jobs to provide for the family. Both Sivar and Saya were well paid Pharmacists in Syria but are unable to work in that profession in Canada. They have no family in Canada but belong to a Mosque in Brampton. Saya and Sana arrive at her doctor’s appointment with a concerned Settlement worker because both Saya and Sana are in milk stained clothing, Sana is crying and appears dehydrated. Saya does not make eye contact and does not appear to respond to the baby crying. Sivar is at work. For above given case study: Form the nursing care plan which includes : 1.
