Right extremity toes are warm, nail beds pink with brisk cap refill; cast is slightly damp and elevated on 3 pillows. D. Mr. H, a 28-year-old man, who had a surgical repair for an inguinal hernia repair. He is currently in the recovery room and will be discharged back to the floor within the next 30 minutes. E. Mrs. J, a 65-year-old woman with end-stage multiple myeloma, is receiving hospice care for 5 days and has a do-not-resuscitate order. She has been drifting in and out of consciousness and has had various family members at her bedside, She was last turned right before shift change. F. Mr. A, a 55-year-old man, receiving IV antibiotics for bacterial pneumonia. He has a history of IV drug abuse and chronic back pain.
