For each of the medications on the chart to the right, select the appropriate times that they should be given. Medication Administration Record • Insulin lispro 10 units subcutaneous 3 times daily with meals • Insulin glargine 42 units subcutaneous once daily at bedtime • Dulaglutide 0.75 mg subcutaneous every Monday • Metformin 500 mg by mouth twice daily with meals • Repaglinide 2 mg by mouth three times daily before meals Copy and paste the chart to your document and then place an “X” to specify which time frame you would administer the medications listed or list each medications and the time or time frame that you would administer the medications for the client’s diabetes and hyperglycemia.
