The health professional will reply to your response and will provide you with guidance on the further steps that needs to be taken. Supervisor One of your classmates will act as the supervisor to whom you are required to send an email to report that the incident that took place and also provide the information about all the measures undertaken by you as a support worker. You must also submit the incident report. The supervisor will also reply to your email with a response to your actions taken.
