During the role play, your teacher will be looking to see that you can: Confirm with Cynthia what personal support you are assisting him with as per individual care plan and determine if any additional needs are to be met. Apply a positive approach during your client interaction. Communicate with the client throughout the process to let them know what is happening and provide them with instructions for what they need to do for themselves. Follow procedures to support the client with pre-packaged medication. Follow procedures to complete and file required documentation.
