Long-Term Overall Goal My overall long-term goal as far as this behavior change is concerned is cutting down on sugar intake will be healthy, with a healthy weight, and keep off illnesses such as diabetes and tooth decay 3. Commitment I plan to change the above behavior. Factors that Help You Perform the Behavior: Support from family and friends, to reduce sweet intake.
