I have never felt that she was not capable of providing me with the care that I needed and have always been satisfied with the results of my visits. I know every state has different laws in regards to physicians assistants and what kind of supervision they must have or what types of medications they’re allowed to prescribe. Some states may even limit their scope of practice as well. I think if all laws were lifted then of course access to care would be greater and potentially a lot cheaper as well. I think more people would go to see physician assistants due to this and would cause doctors to see less patients and have a decrease in income in the long run.
