The patient is a 59-year-old female with incomplete quadriplegic after a C5 fracture and C5 spinal cord injury from motor vehicle accident one year ago. Admitted because of a two-day history of shortness of breath, fevers, and productive cough of green yellow sputum. She has not had much of an appetite and has not been eating or drinking much for the past two days. The patient is allergic to Penicillin. An x-ray revealed left-sided pneumonia. She was admitted to the hospital and given intravenous antibiotics for her pneumonia, IV fluids for dehydration, and oxygen. Her pO2 in the emergency department was 50 on room air. She was started on hand-held nebulizer treatment, and her hypoxemia rapidly improved. Serum electrolytes were normal except for potassium of 3.3. This was corrected with additional potassium. At the time of discharge, she was breathing easy on room air and was discharged home. What codes are assigned? (ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes)
