Directions Interviews: You will interview 3 different DIS service providers: 1) a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP); 2) an Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), oran Adapted PE teacher (APE), and 3) a School Nurse, Licenced Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Trained Health Care Aide. Each interview will take approximately 1 hour, and will have both scripted (required) and unscripted questions. The three interviews will count as 3-5 hours of fieldwork in this course. Interviews must be completed face-to-face, either in-person or via Zoom or other video conference tool. The service provider must be in a school or district classroom, office, or other appropriate setting (including home or hospital if services are provided there) when the interview is conducted. Interview questions must include the required questions for each Service Provider, plus 2-3 questions of your own. Interviews must be transcribed such that the full content of the interview is clear. Word-for-word transcriptions are not required; bullet points are fine. Interview Questions for SLP: What grades/ages of students do you work with?
