Patient was a former pack a day smoker, who quit 10 years ago. He has a diagnosis of hypertension and is currently taking 50mg of Metoprolol PO daily as well as aspirin 81mg PO daily. A urinalysis is completed and is negative for UTI. A post void residual is completed via bladder scan and the patient is noted to have retained 150 cc of urine.
