Anthony is 3 years old. He was born at 40 weeks gestation. His Apgar score at birth was 10 at one minute and 10 at five minutes. He did not have any respiratory or cardiac distress at birth. They were no incidents during the delivery (normal delivery, weighed 7 lbs at birth). He was exclusively breastfed until 1 year of age. He is now on solid foods.
