He is a very cheerful, dynamic, affectionate person and his family was very close. One day while he was cutting the patio of his house, a man appeared and gave him a document, which was his wife’s divorce petition. He begins to feel severe pain in his chest and head and a neighbor sees him staggering and comes to help him. He immediately presented to the ER with BP 177/101, Pulse 74, Respirations-20, fever 100 degrees and nausea, vomiting and pain.
