For this I need coding path and final code: A 78-year-old male was admitted for recurrent ventricular tachycardia status post implantable cardioverter-defibrillator. Lung mass was found on a CT scan of the chest. Patient refused evaluation of the mass. The cardioverter-defibrillator was interrogated, demonstrating normal function. Cardiac enzymes were negative. Patient was discharged with full understanding that, given his long history of smoking, this mass may be lung cancer and, if it goes undiagnosed or is treated late, it may result in death. Patient understood and accepted the risks.
