I need help coming up with a few Patient Problem Scenarios (LIKE AN SBAR) to use for my concept map. I am going to be talking about the concept of . S: 23-year-old male with a history of asthma presents to the emergency department with chest tightening, wheezing and cough after exposure to pollen. He reports using his rescue inhaler several times but without experiencing significant relief. B: The patient was diagnosed with asthma as a child. He has experienced a number of asthma attack episodes in the past, but none of them have been as severe. A: On physical examination, the patient is tachypneic, with a respiratory rate of 40 breaths per minute, HR of 114 beats per minute, and blood pressure of 134/78 mmHg. His oxygen saturation is 89% on room air. On auscultation, bilateral wheezing during inhalation and expiration is heard. Patient is having difficulty speaking due to shortness of breath. R: The patient should start on nebulized albuterol and ipratropium to relieve bronchospasm. He may also need to begin systemic corticosteroids to reduce airway inflammation. Please help me make up patient information like the example above but a patient that has an immunity condition.
