I need help with my care plan

I need help with my care plan pt was diagnosed with esophageal cancer several years ago , has been cancer free for about 7 years which is great their R lung was removed , and they do their feedings thru a j tube/ kangaroo pump patient is very thin and probably falls under anorexia pt has a good attitude and loves to help others. upper extremities are stiff and developed drop foot during hosp stay/ pt is unable to extend arms above head there is leg tightness I’m confused as to what I can put for 2 diagnoses and interventions and is the pathophysiology the esophagus cancer .
